Consumer right of withdrawal

When concluding an (online) distance selling transaction, you generally have a statutory right of withdrawal. In the following we will inform you about this in accordance with the statutory model. Exceptions to the right of withdrawal are in no. 1.2 regulated. In no. 1.3 there is a sample withdrawal form.

You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days - without giving reasons. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you (or a third party named by you who is not a transport service provider) took possession of the goods.

by means of a clear declaration (such as a letter sent by post, fax or email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You can use the attached sample withdrawal form for this purpose. However, this is not mandatory. In order to meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient if you send your notification of exercising your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

1.1) Consequences of the withdrawal

If you cancel this contract, we have to repay all payments that we have received from you immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received the notification of your cancellation of this contract. This includes delivery costs (with the exception of the additional costs that result from the fact that you have chosen a different type of delivery than the free standard delivery offered by us). For this repayment, we generally use the same means of payment that you selected in the original transaction; unless something else has been expressly agreed with you. Under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this repayment. We can refuse the repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have sent the goods back, whichever is earlier. You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case no later than fourteen days from the date on which you informed us of the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired. You bear the cost of returning the goods. You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this is due to handling that is not necessary to check the nature, properties and functionality of the goods.

1.2) There is no right of withdrawal:

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts with commercial customers, schools or educational institutions
as well as the delivery of goods that are not prefabricated (this includes steel and semi-finished products, blanks or machine components) and / or for the manufacture of which an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer or are manufactured.
